Introduction
SCRs are designed to handle unidirectional current, making them ideal for applications such as UPS, soft starter, motor controls and circuit breakers.
WeEn offers a range of discrete SCRs with RMS current ratings from 0.8A to 250A and voltage ratings from 200V to 1600V. These devices are available in a variety of SMD and through-hole power packages.

Triacs, the bidirectional alternative, are perfect for AC applications such as dimmers, motor controls, heating control and home appliances.
WeEn provides standard four-quadrant triacs as well as three-quadrant SnubFree triacs, which offer superior dynamic performance.
Advanced product families, such as ACT and ACTT, feature overvoltage clamping to improve immunity against false triggering caused by voltage transients.
TOPTriacs include over-temperature protection to safeguard against overload conditions.
WeEn's triacs are available with current ratings from 0.2A to 80A and voltage ratings up to 1200V.
Additionally, WeEn offers SCR/Diode modules in various configurations, including half-bridge, anti-parallel, and customized topologies. These modules support blocking voltages up to 1600V and provide voltage isolation up to 3600V.
