Welcome to meet WeEn at Electronica China 2023

During July 11-13, 2023, WeEn Semiconductors will exhibit leading-edge power semiconductor products at the Electronica China which hold at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Our exhibits will include SiC Power device, Thyristors and Power diodes, IGBT, Protection products and Power modules. We will also focus on the application like electrical vehicle, renewable energy and show how WeEn product can perform in those applications.

Planar passivated Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) in a TO220F "full pack" plastic package intended for use in applications requiring very high inrush current capability and high thermal cycling performance.

BTA308Y-800ET

Planar passivated high commutation three quadrant triac in a IITO220 internally insulated plastic package. This triac balances the requirements of commutation performance and gate sensitivity and is intended for interfacing with low power drivers and logic ICs including microcontrollers.This "series ET" triac will commutate the full rated RMS current at the maximum rated junction temperature (Tj(max) = 150 °C) without the aid of a snubber.

During May 9-11, 2023, WeEn Semiconductors will exhibit cutting-edge power semiconductor products at PCIM Europe which is held in the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Germany. Our exhibits will include SiC Power devices, Thyristors, Power diodes, IGBTs, Protection products and Power modules. We will focus on applications like Electrical Vehicle and Renewable energy, and we will show how the WeEn products can perform in those applications

AC Thyristor Triac power switch in a DPAK surface mountable plastic package with self-protective clamping capabilities against low and high energy transients. This "series CTN" triac will commutate the full RMS current at the maximum rated junction temperature (Tj(max) = 150 °C) without the aid of a snubber. It is used in applications where "high junction operating temperature capability" is required.
